Wescon Plastics utilizes Statistical Process Control (SPC) in both Capability Analysis and on the manufacturing floor. Customer requests for Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) to establish capability such as Gauge R&R, Cpk, Ppk, along with process tools like FMEA are readily available.
We maintain an environmentally controlled metrology lab that is temperature and humidification stable. Our inspection capabilities allow us to measure products in a timely and accurate manner, giving you the confidence that the components meet your specification. Our contact measurement equipment ranges from fully programmable CMM’s that operate in 6 degrees of freedom to hand tools such as calipers and micrometers. In addition, we utilize Lean Transformational Thinking and 5-S in all aspects as a Lean Enterprise.
